Powerwall 2 is Tesla’s innovative battery storage system and stores free energy from the sun, using Tesla’s industry leading electric vehicle battery cell technology.

This second-generation battery is fully integrated with a sleek aesthetic appearance, can store up to a whopping 13.5kWh’s of energy and is able to output up to 5kW of power at any one time.

  Powerwall is fully waterproof and can be sited in-door or outdoor. The battery has an integrated temperature control system which heats or cools the battery and regulates its temperature – this means the battery can be sited outside, increasing the choice of installation location.
